Where are we located?
We are Indiana’s newest ADHD therapy practice (obviously)! We specialize in children, teens, and adults with ADHD that struggle with executive functioning, difficulty with decision making, and continue to have barriers with taking action due to overthinking. We want to bring Hoosiers with ADHD a sense of clarity and direction when it comes to managing their ADHD symptoms.
Our Approach!
At Therapy ADHD, we don’t do fluff or bullshit (right down to our name). This practice exists for one reason: to finally provide something for the ADHD community that actually fucking works. Too many therapists and organizations claim to understand ADHD but don’t. We’re here to make this your final stop when it comes to ADHD and achieving your goals.
Our approach? It’s completely person-centered. That means your treatment plan is built around what you actually need and how your brain operates. And when we say person-centered, we don’t mean winging it until something sticks. From the very first appointment, we dive into your strengths, weaknesses, areas for improvement, desires, mindset—everything that makes you, you.
We also use a therapy model called solution-focused brief therapy. Never heard of it? That’s probably because most practices avoid it—it’s only 30 minutes per session, which means less money for them. But here’s the deal: this model works. We laser-focus on one or two goals at a time, take big action, celebrate your wins, and tweak things as we go until you feel real progress. On average, people stick with us for 6–12 months, but some successfully wrap up in as little as five sessions.
Our Story!
Therapy ADHD started with Justin Gillespie, LMSW-Clinical, ADHD-CCSP (@adhdtherapist_jay) and his practice for ADHD in Michigan Superior Center. Justin and his team have been able to serve 400+ clients ranging in ages 5-65+ with ADHD and wants to provide the same quality care to Indiana Residents as our Michigan Residents!
